Ulster will host the SPEA12 conference from 17 to 21 June in Belfast Campus.

SPEA12 Registration Fees
The rates for registration fees are given below.

Early Bird by 30^th April 2024
Regular                                                   650 Euro - 550 GBP
International Scientific Committee         450 Euro - 380 GBP
PhD or Masters student                         360 Euro - 300 GBP
Accompanying person                           250 Euro  - 210 GBP

Standard Rates After 19^th April 2024

Regular                                                   750 Euro - 640 GBP
International Scientific Committee         500 Euro - 425 GBP
PhD or Masters student                         460 Euro - 390 GBP
Accompanying person                           340 Euro - 290 GBP

If submitting more than TWO abstracts give the number of additional abstracts and are charged 60 Euro - 50 GBP per additional abstract.

Note that fees will be payable in GBP pounds Sterling and the exchange rate will be set when registration opens in February 2024.

Accompanying person registration fee includes attending the welcome reception in Belfast City Hall on 17 June, Gala dinner in the Titanic Museum on 19 June, and lunches (18 -21 June), along with any subsidy applied to touristic activities.

‘SPEA12 registration requires you to use the Ulster University online store. You will need to register for an account and payment will be requested via credit card or paypal.   If your administrator is registering delegates using a charge card (credit card) or paypal account, the administrator will need to set up an account with the Ulster online store.  Only one delegate may be registered at each transaction to ensure we can track delegate names against registration records.
