Replacement Award Certificate

Replacement Award Certificate

Description

Students whose award certificate has been lost, destroyed or damaged and who require a replacement award certificate should complete the information presented on screen. Please note, award certificates will not be issued to students who are in debt to the University.

You should allow three weeks office processing time for this application.

Please select your campus of study from the payment selection.

There will be no further charge for the replacement of additional award certificates.  You may add details of one additional award to the request.  If you need to replace more than two award certificates, please email your campus Examinations Office.

Transcript / Letter of Confirmation request

Description

Students (except for research students who should contact the Research Office directly) who require a replacement academic transcript or letter of confirmation of their award should complete the information presented on screen. Please note, transcripts or letters of confirmation will not be issued to students who are in debt to the University.

This service is only available for graduates who have previously received their awarding documentation.  Please do not apply for a replacement transcript and additional copy until you have received your original documents.

This request must come from the graduate directly.

You should allow three weeks Office processing time for this application.

The fee of £25 for an original copy must be selected before additional copies can be added to the basket.

A letter of confirmation will be emailed in PDF format to the email address provided.
