Ulster will host the SPEA12 conference from 17 to 21 June in Belfast Campus.

SPEA12 Registration Fees
The rates for registration fees are given below.

Early Bird by 30^th April 2024

PhD or Masters student                         360 Euro - 300 GBP
Accompanying person                           250 Euro  - 210 GBP

Standard Rates After 19^th April 2024

PhD or Masters student                         460 Euro - 390 GBP
Accompanying person                           340 Euro - 290 GBP

If submitting more than TWO abstracts give the number of additional abstracts and are charged 60 Euro - 50 GBP per additional abstract.

Note that fees will be payable in GBP pounds Sterling and the exchange rate will be set when registration opens in February 2024.

Accompanying person registration fee includes attending the welcome reception in Belfast City Hall on 17 June, Gala dinner in the Titanic Museum on 19 June, and lunches (18 -21 June), along with any subsidy applied to touristic activities.

‘SPEA12 registration requires you to use the Ulster University online store. You will need to register for an account and payment will be requested via credit card or paypal.   If your administrator is registering delegates using a charge card (credit card) or paypal account, the administrator will need to set up an account with the Ulster online store.  Only one delegate may be registered at each transaction to ensure we can track delegate names against registration records. If the administrator (purchaser) wishes to register more than one delegate, they will need to log out and log in again.  Thank you for your cooperation.’

Ulster will host the SPEA12 conference from 17 to 21 June in Belfast Campus. We will organise touristic events i.e. visit to Giants Causeway, Game of Thrones Studio tour, walking tour of Belfast and political tour of Belfast.

You should only select one option as all events are happening at the same time so you cannot participate in more than one.  You may purchase more than one ticket for any one event.  Places are limited and are on a first come first served basis.  More spaces may be made available for Game of Thrones studios and Giants causeway if demand dictates.

SPEA12 Touristic Events Monday 17 June 2024

Giants Causeway – depart Belfast Campus 1000 return Belfast Campus before 1700.  This trip normally requires walking shoes and waterproof coat, weather depending. Lunch is included.

Game of Thrones Studio – depart Belfast Campus 11:00 return Belfast Campus 1700. 2-3 hours in the studio.  Lunch is included.

Highlights of Belfast Walking tour: 11:00 to 13:00 meeting point the merchant hotel. Lunch not included.
