All personal data will be held in line with the University’s Retention and Disposal Schedule. Data will be shared with the National Governing Body. The parties consider this data sharing initiative necessary as without it, the National Governing Body would be unable to award the coaching qualification. The aim of the data sharing initiative is to enable the National Governing Body to verify your participation in the coaching and to award certification.
